Synopsis

Big Brother is Watching ! This is the first filmed version of the classic George Orwell novel, Edmond O’Brien plays (Winston Smith) the clerk in The Ministry Of Truth who refuses to accept the totalitarian state of 1984, where each citizen is watched and has to report to Big Brother, he rebels and forms his own free state with his forbidden lover (Jan Sterling) but the omnipotent and omnipresent leader will stop at nothing to root out all subversive activities and thoughts.
